Laying the foundation
Every year, the marketing division at Lilleborg creates strategic plans for each brand for the forthcoming 2-3 years. New plans and projects are formulated and existing plans are updated and revised. To define the oral care category in Norway and decide what strategy to follow and which projects to conduct is a demanding job and something that will keep me quite busy for a while. The coming weeks will be hectic and a little stressful but I am looking forward to learn a lot about the marketplace and our competitors.
