The fact that almost all members of the Executive Board held lectures at the YP-meeting showed that Orkla as an organisation prioritizes and values the young professionals. To hear Orkla President and CEO, Dag J. Opedal, talk about his 20 years within the organisation and his plans for the future was motivating and I learned a lot about Orkla’s history during his 2 hour lecture.
During the three days the meeting lasted the schedule was filled
with activities during the days and casual, relaxed dinners in the evenings. The hotel had a nice design and the food was amazing.
Between lectures you could eat popcorn and soft ice-cream which was very popular….at least for Ståle and Madeleine that work together with me at Lilleborg :)
